Our website hosting server is currently experiencing a heavy load spike and may fail to respond. Our technical support engineers are currently investigating the cause.
The outage will not affect VoIP calls or our Asterisk servers, although users may experience problems logging into their accounts or viewing our website.
We hope the issue will be resolved very soon and appologise for any inconvienience caused.

ReplyDeleteOur technical support engineers have reported a DDOS attack that caused the website outage earler today.
ReplyDelete"We were attacked by a massive DDOS, several million packets per second. This has taken us partially and intermittently off the air this evening between 19:45 and 20:10."
The engineer added "We are still experiencing denial of service attacks which our network team is working on at present.
The website may be slow to load or appear unavailable. We are working on the situation. Right now it's peeling off as we've blackholed the traffic and our upstreams are also aiding us in our defence."
