All Pakistani DID numbers purchased at mydivert.com are currently out of service. This service outage is due to some internal issues in Pakistan and is beyond our control.
We have been informed today that there is a good likelyhood that the DID will return to service - but this may take up to 1 month. No reasonable explanation for this time delay is offered by the Pakistani vendor network.
The vendor has though agreed to credit any further subscription renewals for these numbers until service is resumed.
We therefore extend this offer to our users.
All Pakistani DID in users accounts will continue to be automaticaly renewed without charge
Users can theerfore retain their numbers without expense until the sittuation is resolved or becomes clearer.
Any user who wishes to delete a faulty Pakistani number should open a support ticket with the request. The number will then be removed and any overpaid subscriptions corrected.
For out part, we appologise sincerely to all users who have lost the use of their phone numbers and we hope normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
