Spanish National code 518 available

New virtual numbers in Spain. Non geographic numbers for nomadic voice services are now available (prefix 518).

The National code (+34) 518 is available for €7.00 per month and enabled with 10 incoming channels per DID

New VoIP numbers in Finland

National DID numbers are now available for Finland code (+358)75.

The Finland National code virtual numbers are priced at €4.50 per month and are enabled with 10 channels per DID (10 simultaneous incoming calls)

Language Packs added

We have added the following language packs to the system sounds library:

German
Dutch
Danish
Australian English
Romanian

These are in addition to French, Spanish, and English (default).

The phone language can be set for each sip extension via User Information to set the sound language for default voicemail greetings etc.

Costa Rica DID Numbers

VoIP enabled DID numbers for Costa Rica are now available via mydivert.com

The National code (+506-4) Costa Rican DID numbers include 2 incoming channels, allowing for 2 simultaneous incoming calls, and cost €6.50 per month.

All Costa Rica virtual numbers require a scan of the end users Photo ID and proof of address to purchase.

Allowed IP Addresses for SIP Registration

If you are using SIP equipment that is on a fixed IP address you can now set to allow SIP connections from this IP only on your mydivert.com account page (web portal).

This is an additional measure to protect user accounts from voip fraudsters and unauthorised calls and is strongly suggested if you have a static IP address.

Please also note that if you do not use our service to place outbound calls you also have the option to block all outbound calls from the account. You can also prevent all SIP registrations to the account by entering NONE in the allowed IP settings.

Allowed IP :Allow SIP registration from this IP address only. If your sip device is on a static IP address add it from your account page. Leave blank or enter ALL to allow all IP addresses. Enter NONE to block all SIP registrations.

Expanded Coverage French VoIP DID

We are pleased to introduce expanded coverage for French Geographical DID numbers.

All the French DID are enabled with 10 incoming channels and cost €3.50 per month.

The French geographical DID require proof of local a regional address inside France. French National Code (9) is also available without this restriction.
